What is sublimation?
Your design becomes
part of the fabric.
Sublimation uses heat to bond dye into polyester fabric. Instead of a printed layer sitting on top, color becomes part of the material—opening up space for club colors, detailed patterns, and integrated graphics.
For a custom uniform program, that means the design can extend beyond the chest. Think coordinated jerseys and shorts, distinctive sleeves, and a look that connects every team in your club.
A bigger design canvas.
Explore bold color, subtle textures, stripes, gradients, and patterns across the garment. Final placement follows the selected garment and panel construction.
A smooth print feel.
Sublimated graphics dye the fibers, adding no raised print layer. Your selected fabric and fit determine how the finished uniform feels and performs.
Your identity, integrated.
Plan club crests, player numbers, names, and sponsor placements within one design. Personalization and decoration details are confirmed in your proposal.

Interested in the upcoming program? Visit FCTR’s sublimation page for launch information and future project inquiries.
Can we use our own colors and crest?
Yes—your club identity is the starting point. Send your logo artwork, color references, and any brand guidelines. Vector files such as AI, EPS, or SVG are helpful when available. Final artwork and color expectations are confirmed through proofing.
Can names, numbers, and sponsor logos be included?
They can be planned into a sublimation design. Share the roster and placement requirements early so the proposal can confirm the personalization, decoration method, artwork approvals, and any applicable charges.
What fabrics and sizes will be available?
Sublimation is suited to polyester fabrics. Fabric, garment styles, fit, and youth or adult size ranges will be confirmed for the upcoming program. The concepts here do not establish a final garment or size offering.
What will it cost, and will there be a minimum?
Pricing and minimum order quantities will be confirmed as the program launches. Garment selection, quantity, personalization, and project scope will affect the proposal. The concepts on this page are examples, not a priced catalog.
When will sublimation orders be available?
FCTR’s sublimation process is being prepared and is not yet available for orders. Visit the main sublimation page for the latest launch information and to discuss a future project.
Does expressing interest reserve a delivery date?
No. Sharing your interest starts a planning conversation. Product options, artwork approvals, quantities, launch availability, and the confirmed production schedule will determine any future delivery date.
